Here are some of the investing apps I have personally tried over time and would recommend to you. Be sure to do your own research, read books, or even watch some videos on how to get started with each of them before investing.

BAMBOO

Bamboo has to be the most user-friendly investing application I have ever tried. It is beginner friendly and they also have a wide range of resources to guide you. If you are new to the investing game and looking to invest in the U.S. stock market, try this out.

You can easily open an account and start investing in the U.S. stock market with as little as $2o, they provide real-time stock prices so you can buy and sell stocks directly from your mobile devices. It really doesn’t get easier than that.
They also have commission-free trading and access to over 3,500 U.S. stocks and ETFs, which makes it easy for anyone to start investing and building their wealth.
Bamboo is currently available in Nigeria and Ghana. Coming soon to South Africa and Kenya.

PIGGYVEST

You have probably been living under a rock if you don’t know what Piggyvest is. Well, not much of a shade, but I was once like that and the sad part was that I didn’t even trust it at first but it has proven to be tested and trusted by millions of Nigerians if I’m not exaggerating.
Piggyvest is a savings and investment platform that helps you save money and invest in profitable ventures and I absolutely love that it encourages a savings culture.
You can set savings targets and automate your savings to reach your financial goals. There are several savings options, including a flexible (flex naira and flex dollar), fixed, and target savings plan. You can also invest in different investment options, including agriculture, real estate, and transportation.
You typically earn up to 13% annual returns depending on the saving plan you opt for.

RISEVEST

The major reason why I love Risevest is that they offer auto-investing, which saves time and ensure consistent investing.

You can start investing with as little as Wooo, and they provide various investment options, including individual stocks, ETFs, and bonds.

You can also invest in real estate, set goals and even create different plans for yourself.

I’m still in the process of exploring Risevest but tbh, I haven’t for once regretted using this application and I definitely recommend it if one of your major goals is an auto investment

SQUAREROOF

Squareroof is the first company I ever came across that is bridging the gap between the rich and poor when it comes to investing in the real esta te market. They make it easy and affordable for you to own a share of professionally managed real estate properties from anywhere.
People like you and I can get access to credible and investable opportunities and can own as little as one square meter of a property which could either be in form of a land stock or a prop stock.
It gets interesting because we get to own any of these properties digitally and can earn money while at it. They also help in buying, renting, and selling landed properties.

TROVE

Trove was the first investment platform I ever tried and I absolutely loved how easy it was. Over time, it has gone from being beginner-friendly to being a little more technical. Not something you can’t get a hold of tho and it is still one of the best you can get out there, and I would definitely recommend it.
You can easily open an account and start investing in Chinese and US stocks with as little as Nooo, they offer real-time market data which makes it easy for you to track your investments and make informed decisions.
In addition to stocks and bonds, Trove allows you to invest in cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum which you can also buy and sell directly from your account.
